H\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att explodera av minsta lilla och st\u00f6r mig p\u00e5 allt.<br \/>\nKan \u00e4ven h\u00e4nda n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r ledig och utan direkt orsak, bara att jag pl\u00f6tsligt blir f\u00f6rbannad p\u00e5 allt och alla ungef\u00e4r..<\/p>\n<p>Det kan vara b\u00e5de privat och p\u00e5 jobbet.<br \/>\n\u00c4r det p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rare f\u00e5 ut frustrationen f\u00f6r jag kommer ingenstans.<br \/>\nJag orkar inte heller skapa konflikter jag inte k\u00e4nner jag kan vinna n\u00e5t p\u00e5.<br \/>\nVisst, det kan bli en kortvarig seger men f\u00f6r st\u00e4mningen \u00f6verlag \u00e4r det inget jag vinner p\u00e5 s\u00e5 d\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e4ttre bara l\u00e5ta hum\u00f6ret g\u00e5 \u00f6ver och bita ihop lite.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu e det dags f\u00f6r ledighet s\u00e5 hum\u00f6r och t\u00e5lamod f\u00e5r vila upp sig lite.<br \/>\nHela jag beh\u00f6ver \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning, framf\u00f6rallt mentalt, fysiskt \u00e4r min l\u00e4ndrygg i strejk av n\u00e5n konstig anledning men ska tr\u00e4na tv\u00e5 pass \u00e4r tanken under ledigheten.<br \/>\nDet f\u00e5r den f\u00f6rhoppningsvis glad igen, annars f\u00e5r jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka komma p\u00e5 n\u00e5n annan l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r den f\u00e5r g\u00e4rna b\u00f6rja samarbeta igen.<\/p>\n<p>Har som vanligt m\u00f6ten och annat inbokat ocks\u00e5.<br \/>\nMen hoppas \u00e4ven p\u00e5 att det ska bli n\u00e5t roligt\/trevligt socialt inbokat n\u00e5n av dagarna.<br \/>\nVerkar finnas m\u00f6jligheter iallafall.<br \/>\nBara f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka se till det blir av s\u00e5 jag kan samla lite extra positiv energi, k\u00e4nns som det kan beh\u00f6vas i \u00f6vriga kaoset.<\/p>\n<p>Ska bli sk\u00f6nt tr\u00e4na \u00e4ven om jag misst\u00e4nker jag inte riktigt kommer k\u00e4nna det n\u00e4r jag ska krypa ur s\u00e4ngen vid 15.30.. Men det \u00e4r bara att g\u00f6ra. Inte t\u00e4nka s\u00e5 mycket utan \u00e4ta n\u00e5t och g\u00e5 till gymmet och k\u00f6ra slut p\u00e5 musklerna.<br \/>\nOm n\u00e5n har n\u00e5t peppande ord till \u00f6vers runt 16- tiden \u00e4r det v\u00e4lkommet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Varit v\u00e4ldigt hungrig i omg\u00e5ngar de h\u00e4r n\u00e4tterna men lyckades motst\u00e5 suget p\u00e5 pommes fr\u00e5n Donken n\u00e4r kollegan handlade imorse.
