Helst ska man se resultat ocks\u00e5, g\u00e4rna direkt \u00e4ven om det inte \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt men f\u00f6r att &#8220;orka&#8221; forts\u00e4tta k\u00e4mpa f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar beh\u00f6ver man ofta lite bekr\u00e4ftelse p\u00e5 att det g\u00e5r \u00e5t r\u00e4tt h\u00e5ll.<br \/>Just nu h\u00e5ller jag p\u00e5 med f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar p\u00e5 flera plan.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c5terst\u00e5r se vad som h\u00e4nder, en del kan jag inte p\u00e5verka, annat kan jag p\u00e5verka till viss del och n\u00e5gra saker \u00e4r bara upp till mig.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Eller ja, det \u00e4r de, men som tur \u00e4r har jag v\u00e4nner som st\u00f6ttar lite \u00e4ven med det f\u00f6r saknar kunskap och kommer nog sakna motivation ibland.<br \/>Motivation ska komma inifr\u00e5n f\u00f6r att verkligen hj\u00e4lpa men ibland kan liten push utifr\u00e5n verkligen hj\u00e4lpa till ocks\u00e5. Iallafall om man funkar som jag g\u00f6r.<\/p>\r\n<p>Att h\u00f6ra att saker g\u00f6r m\u00e4rkbar skillnad ger ocks\u00e5 en skjuts i motivation.<br \/>Var hos kiropraktorn ig\u00e5r f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 ett halv\u00e5r.<br \/>Trodde det skulle bli en katastrofbed\u00f6mning men ist\u00e4llet blev kommentaren<br \/>&#8220;Det har aldrig sett s\u00e5 bra ut&#8221;<br \/>S\u00e5 de f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar jag gjort med b\u00e5de kost och tr\u00e4ning sen januari verkar ha haft mer effekt \u00e4n vad jag kanske m\u00e4rkt sj\u00e4lv.<br \/>Det var v\u00e4ldigt kul att h\u00f6ra och r\u00e4tt ov\u00e4ntat.<\/p>\r\n<p>Det ger \u00e4nnu lite mer motivation att forts\u00e4tta.<br \/>Att n\u00e5gon ser tydlig skillnad som gjort m\u00e4rkbar f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring.<br \/>Det kommer beh\u00f6vas n\u00e4r tr\u00e4ningen ska g\u00f6ras samtidigt som jobbv\u00e4ndorna sliter.<br \/>Se hur det blir med \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre kost ocks\u00e5, ska bli v\u00e4ldigt intressant och jag hoppas jag kommer klara det ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kan det g\u00f6ra att resten av kroppen m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 flera s\u00e4tt \u00e4r det ju s\u00e5klart lite mer motivation ocks\u00e5. Bara se till s\u00e5 det blir tillr\u00e4ckligt.<br \/>M\u00e5ste komma p\u00e5 lite m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningar ocks\u00e5, b\u00e5de kortsiktiga och l\u00e5ngsiktiga, bara f\u00f6r att jag tror det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r mig om jag har n\u00e5got att sikta emot som inte bara \u00e4r diffust<br \/>&#8220;Jag vill m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre och k\u00e4nna mig b\u00e4ttre&#8230;.&#8221;<br \/>Tips mottages tacksamt p\u00e5 hur man s\u00e4tter bra m\u00e5l.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ska &#8220;fuskb\u00f6rja&#8221; \u00e4ndra kosten eller kanske mer l\u00e4gga till saker redan nu.<br \/>Gr\u00f6na saker, l\u00e4skiga saker.. \ud83d\ude1b<br \/>Mer gr\u00f6nsaker och kanske ocks\u00e5 frukt ska in i kosten.
