{"id":2366,"date":"2020-09-13T05:52:49","date_gmt":"2020-09-13T03:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/themptander.com\/?p=2366"},"modified":"2020-09-14T22:22:56","modified_gmt":"2020-09-14T20:22:56","slug":"forandring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themptander.com\/?p=2366","title":{"rendered":"F\u00f6r\u00e4ndring beh\u00f6vs och det snart&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<br \/>\nDet m\u00e5ste ske en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<br \/>\nB\u00e5de mentalt, fysiskt och i den fysiska milj\u00f6n runt mig.<\/p>\n<p>Som det \u00e4r nu \u00e4r det f\u00f6r mycket som f\u00e5r mig att m\u00e5 d\u00e5ligt.<br \/>\nEn del saker kan jag p\u00e5verka helt sj\u00e4lv, andra beh\u00f6ver jag hj\u00e4lp utifr\u00e5n f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ordning p\u00e5. Och en del kan det underl\u00e4tta med st\u00f6ttning f\u00f6r att genomf\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p>Men jag har p\u00e5b\u00f6rjat det hela iallafall.<br \/>\nB\u00e5de genom att skaffa gymkort som jag faktiskt anv\u00e4nt en del hittills, problemet kommer bli nu n\u00e4r jobbet \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng igen. Var n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade jobba natt som jag tappade gymmet f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen. F\u00e5r hoppas motivationen r\u00e4cker den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen.<br \/>\nHar v\u00e4ldigt mycket just nu iallafall s\u00e5 f\u00e5r passa p\u00e5 s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge den finns \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Kommer beh\u00f6vas \u00e4nnu mer motivation och m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra kosten f\u00f6r d\u00e4r saknar jag kunskapen ocks\u00e5. Men jag jobbar p\u00e5 det ocks\u00e5, d\u00e4remot \u00e4r det sv\u00e5rare f\u00f6r dels vill jag tycka det jag \u00e4ter \u00e4r gott, dels tycker jag det mesta med matlagning \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt, tyv\u00e4rr. Men jag ska verkligen f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6r jag vill ha en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.<\/p>\n<p>Just nu har jag lite brist p\u00e5 motivation \u00f6verlag.<br \/>\nBeror nog till stor del p\u00e5 stress f\u00f6r det \u00e4r lite v\u00e4l mycket \u00f6verlag i livet som stressar mig just nu, mestadels undermedvetet s\u00e5 det ligger och gnager och jag kan inte ens g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t det.
